Club Facility Use Agreement *

This Club Facility Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Blackstone Community Association (the “Association”) and the [Club Name] (the “Club”). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Club may utilize the Association’s facilities, specifically the Blackstone Clubhouse, and receive limited advertising support while maintaining its independent operation. 1. Acknowledgment of Independence The Club acknowledges and agrees that it is an independent organization, separate from the Association. The Club is not an official club or committee of the Association, nor is it sponsored, managed, or funded by the Association. The Club is solely responsible for all risks, expenses, management, and operations associated with its activities. 2. Facility Use Approval The Club may utilize the Blackstone Clubhouse, subject to prior approval through the Association’s standard facility use approval process. Use of the facility is a privilege and is subject to compliance with the terms of this Agreement and all applicable Association rules and regulations. 3. Rules and Conduct By utilizing the Blackstone Clubhouse, the Club and its members agree to abide by all Association rules and regulations, including but not limited to: • Adherence to anti-discrimination policies. • Maintenance of appropriate and respectful conduct by all participants. • Compliance with safety guidelines and all posted facility use rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or revocation of the Club’s permission to use the facility. 4. Liability and Indemnification The Club assumes full responsibility for any and all activities conducted during its use of the facility. The Club agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Association, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Club’s use of the facility. 5. Financial Independence The Club must remain financially independent from the Association. The Club is responsible for managing its own finances, including any expenses incurred for events, activities, or operations. 6. Advertising Support The Association will provide limited support for advertising the Club’s activities by including information in the community newsletter and on the community website. This support does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by the Association. 7. Termination of Use The Association reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the Club’s permission to use the Blackstone Clubhouse at any time if the Club fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement or any Association rules and regulations. 8. Acknowledgment and Agreement By signing and completing this form, the Club leader acknowledges this agreement.
