Welcome to the Blackstone Fitness Club! We now offer classes that career instructors lead with a focus on healthy movement for all levels. Join your friends and neighbors for these fun, complimentary classes. Bring a mat (except Line Dancing).
All classes are complimentary and for Blackstone residents only. No sign-ups required.

Rhythm Revival
Strengthen your memory by learning simple dance routines. Stay in shape through joyful movement, build confidence, create friendships, and most of all have fun. This easy-to-follow class may include dance styles such as disco, jazz, hip hop, hula, and more!

Fitness Fusion
This total fitness class combines 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and finishes with core training, balance, flexibility and recovery. Bring a mat.
Cost: FREE

Strength & Stretch
This 60-minute class focuses on strength training using weights and resistance bands and finishes with a generous portion of yoga-inspired flexibility. All levels are welcome.
